Peter Burke

Co-Founder | Client Director

Peter (Co-Founder) has 25 years’ experience working as a corporate and commercial lawyer in Thailand. He represents a wide variety of clients from large financial institutions and internationally based entities through to small businesses in respect of a comprehensive range of business related services, general corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions as well as joint ventures. Peter also advises clients on banking and finance, and restructuring. Peter is widely recognized by independent commentators and industry publications as being a leading practitioner.

Iain Melville

Senior Consultant

Iain has over 25 years’ experience working as an insolvency lawyer in Thailand. Iain represents local and international banks and other creditors in managing their distressed assets and has particular experience in advising steering committees in formal debt restructuring cases. In addition, Iain has substantial experience in M&A work, including cross-border cases and joint ventures. Iain has been regularly recognised by legal publications in the areas in which he practices. Iain has also been guest speaker and workshop leader at international conferences.

Nalinee Wichittakul

Senior Associate

Nalinee specializes in merger and acquisitions, corporate and commercial matters as well as foreign investment. She has experience in representing both international and domestic clients in diverse merger and acquisitions matters, undertaking due diligence, as well as corporate matters including advising on various regulatory issues, inward investment , general and corporate laws as well as various forms of commercial agreements.
