Peter Burke

Co-Founder | Client Director

Peter (Co-Founder) nearly 30 years’ experience working as a corporate and
commercial lawyer as well as a banking lawyer in Thailand. Peter represents a
wide variety of clients including local as well as internationally based entities in respect of matters ranging from daily operational issues to the planning and implementation of inward and outbound investment. Since 2002, Asia Pacific Legal 500, Chambers and other publications have regularly recognized Peter as a leading lawyer in Thailand in the areas of corporate and commercial practice as well as banking and finance related matters.

Iain Melville

Senior Consultant

Iain has over 25 years’ experience working as an insolvency lawyer in Thailand. Iain represents local and international banks and other creditors in managing their distressed assets and has particular experience in advising steering committees in formal debt restructuring cases. In addition, Iain has substantial experience in M&A work, including cross-border cases and joint ventures. Iain has been regularly recognised by legal publications in the areas in which he practices. Iain has also been guest speaker and workshop leader at international conferences.

Nalinee Wichittakul

Senior Associate

Nalinee Wichittakul specialises in Mergers & Acquisitions, Foreign Direct
Investment (FDI), and Corporate & Commercial matters. She brings extensive
experience representing a diverse portfolio of domestic and international
clients, guiding them through the complexities of high-value transactions and
market entry. Her expertise spans the full lifecycle of a deal, from conducting
legal due diligence to structuring acquisitions and divestitures, leading
negotiations of transaction documents, and drafting commercial agreements.
Beyond transactional work, Nalinee provides counsel on corporate
reorganisations, entity formation, and employment law compliance, as well as
on a range of regulatory matters, ensuring that her clients’ business
operations remain compliant and resilient within the local legal landscape.

Pornphan Soponsakulrat

Associate

Pornphan Soponsakulrat focuses her practice on corporate and commercial
matters, with specific experience in mergers and acquisitions, transaction
due diligence, and commercial contracts. She advises domestic and
international clients across various industries on corporate transactions,
labour matters, and regulatory compliance. Her practice includes providing
legal counsel on securities, property transactions, and foreign investment,
and she regularly assists international clients in navigating Thailand’s foreign
business regulatory framework, including BOI and foreign business licence
applications. She also handles matters involving personal data protection
across a broad range of corporate legal issues.

Andaman Limsakun

Associate

Andaman Limsakun focuses on corporate and commercial matters, with
experience spanning mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, joint
ventures, and investment agreements. She also advises on technology, media
and telecommunications matters and competition law. Andaman has gained
professional experience in London, broadening her exposure to cross-border
and international transactions. Her practice also encompasses contentious
commercial matters, and her background in complex commercial litigation
before Thai and English courts provides her with a distinctive perspective on
dispute risk and prevention in transactional contexts.

Noppasorn Sirikul

Junior Associate

Noppasorn Sirikul’s practice centres on corporate and commercial legal
matters, specifically corporate compliance and commercial contracts. She
assists clients across multiple industries in identifying legal risks and ensuring
business operations align with applicable laws. Her work involves reviewing
and drafting commercial agreements and providing ongoing legal support to
maintain regulatory standing.

Warintira Thanesanont

Junior Associate

Warintira Thanesanont focuses on the regulatory and administrative aspects of corporate and commercial law. Her experience includes liaising with
government officials on applications for required business licences and
managing matters with the Ministry of Commerce. She provides legal support
for the establishment and maintenance of corporate entities.
