Senior Consultant

Iain has over 25 years’ experience working as an insolvency lawyer in Thailand. Iain represents local and international banks and other creditors in managing their distressed assets and has particular experience in advising steering committees in formal debt restructuring cases. In addition, Iain has substantial experience in M&A work, including cross-border cases and joint ventures. Iain has been regularly recognised by legal publications in the areas in which he practices. Iain has also been guest speaker and workshop leader at international conferences.

Nalinee Wichittakul

Senior Associate

Nalinee specializes in merger and acquisitions, corporate and commercial matters as well as foreign investment. She has experience in representing both international and domestic clients in diverse merger and acquisitions matters, undertaking due diligence, as well as corporate matters including advising on various regulatory issues, inward investment , general and corporate laws as well as various forms of commercial agreements.

Nicha Au-Yeung

Associate

Nicha predominately focuses on corporate and commercial legal issues as well as mergers and acquisitions. She has also assisted wide spectrum of industries to identify various legal issues and comply with the applicable laws in their undertakings including matters relating to properties, foreign investment, media and advertisement, and personal data protection law. She often coordinates with relevant government officials to apply for required licenses and also deals with the Ministry of Commerce in respect of company registrations.

Prepayat Pongsak

Preyapat Pongsak specializes in corporate and commercial matters as well as
foreign direct investment. She has extensive experience in representing and
advising both international and domestic clients on corporate laws, various
regulatory issues, corporate compliance and general commercial matters.

Akara Suteeweerakhachon

Akara Suteeweerakhachon specializes in corporate and commercial legal
issues, including corporate compliance and commercial contracts.  He regularly coordinates with relevant government officials regarding applications for required licenses and also handles matters with the Ministry of Commerce in relation to company registrations.
